These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the website, products, services, software-related offerings, consultations, communications, customer resources, and other services provided by TaxPro Software Solutions LLC (“TaxPro Software Solutions,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing www.mytaxprosoftware.com, purchasing a product or service, scheduling a consultation, completing an onboarding form, creating or using a customer account, or otherwise interacting with TaxPro Software Solutions LLC, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our website or services.

Section 1 — About TaxPro Software Solutions LLC

TaxPro Software Solutions LLC provides professional tax software access, software-related onboarding, customer support, training resources, business resources, and related services for tax professionals and tax offices.

Our services may include products, technology, or services provided in whole or in part by third-party software vendors, payment processors, banks, financial institutions, training providers, or other service providers.

Section 2 — Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding agreement to purchase or use our products and services.

Certain tax software functions may require valid professional credentials, including a PTIN, EFIN, or other information required by the IRS, software provider, banking partner, or applicable law.

You are responsible for maintaining any professional registrations, licenses, credentials, or approvals required for your tax business.

Section 3 — Tax Software Products and Services

TaxPro Software Solutions may offer different software packages based on features, software type, return types, office structure, number of users, or other business needs.

Product features, pricing, availability, compatibility, and included services may vary by package and tax year.

We may update package descriptions, features, pricing, software availability, or services when necessary.

A customer's purchase does not guarantee eligibility for every feature, bank product, advance program, integration, or third-party service.

Section 4 — Software Access and Third-Party Providers

Some software or services made available through TaxPro Software Solutions may be owned, licensed, operated, or fulfilled by third-party vendors.

Your use of third-party software may also be subject to that provider's:

  • Software license agreement
  • Terms of service
  • Privacy policy
  • Acceptable-use policies
  • Security requirements
  • EFIN or ERO requirements
  • Bank-product requirements

TaxPro Software Solutions is not responsible for changes made by a third-party provider to its software, systems, availability, policies, pricing, or eligibility requirements.

Section 5 — Purchases and Payments

You agree to provide accurate and complete information when making a purchase.

Prices shown at checkout are the prices applicable to that transaction unless otherwise stated.

Payment may be processed through a third-party payment provider.

If you select an installment or payment-plan option, you are responsible for completing the payments according to the terms presented at checkout.

Failure to complete required payments may result in:

  • Delayed software access
  • Suspension of services
  • Loss of access to certain resources
  • Cancellation of onboarding or setup
  • Other actions permitted under the applicable payment agreement

Section 6 — Renewals

Software access may apply to a specific tax year or subscription period.

Returning customers may be required to renew software access for each applicable tax year.

Renewal pricing may differ from initial purchase pricing and may change from year to year.

Renewing software does not automatically guarantee continued eligibility for every product, bank program, advance, feature, or third-party service.

Section 7 — Refunds and Cancellations

Refund and cancellation eligibility, if any, will be governed by the terms presented to you at the time of purchase and any applicable written refund or cancellation policy provided by TaxPro Software Solutions LLC.

Certain products, software licenses, setup services, administrative services, or services already delivered may be non-refundable where disclosed before purchase.

If you believe a charge was made in error, contact us promptly at support@mytaxprosoftware.com.

Section 8 — Customer Onboarding and Verification

  • PTIN information
  • Software setup preferences
  • Office information
  • Preparer information
  • Bank-product preferences
  • Identity or business verification documents
  • Other information reasonably necessary to establish or service the account

Submitting an onboarding form does not automatically mean your information has been approved or verified.

TaxPro Software Solutions may request additional information before completing software setup.

Section 9 — EFIN, PTIN, and Professional Information

You are responsible for ensuring that all EFIN, PTIN, business, preparer, and professional information you provide is accurate, current, and lawfully yours to use.

All eligibility, underwriting, approval decisions, amounts, and terms are determined by the applicable bank, financial institution, or third-party provider.

Section 11 — Appointments and Consultations

TaxPro Software Solutions may allow customers or prospective customers to schedule consultations, software-selection calls, onboarding calls, or support appointments.

Appointment availability is not guaranteed.

A consultation regarding software selection or setup is not legal, accounting, financial, or tax advice.

You remain responsible for your business decisions and professional obligations.
